The apartment is ideally located near Piccadilly Circus. Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, the London Eye, parks, and many other attractions are within walking distance. There's a pizzeria on the ground floor. A large supermarket, numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, and a tube station are nearby. Numerous theaters and museums are also nearby. The apartment has three bedrooms, sleeping seven. The sofas in the living room are not used as sleeping accommodations. The kitchen was well-equipped. The apartment was clean. There were some minor temperature fluctuations in the shower, but it's manageable. The apartment is on the fourth floor, so you have to climb stairs. This wasn't a problem for us, but it's something to keep in mind for those with mobility issues.

Excellent location. The stairs gave us a good workout. Plenty of room for the children. Aircon in all the rooms - in the middle of the heatwave we needed it.
There were a couple of maintenance issues but these were minor.

The location was amazing. Right next to Piccadilly Circus. Good that it has 3 bedrooms. That's it really.
The cookware consisted of 3 giant pots, all dirty. There were simply not enough kitchen utentils for the kitchen to be usable. The living and dining room was too small and the tv hard to see for all due to the configuration of the furniture, which wasn't possible to change due to the small size of the room. There were also plumbing problems such as extremely low water pressure in the shower and a semi-blocked bathroom sink.
