Great location, 10 minute drive from Lost Gardens of Heligan and 22 minutes from Eden Project.
Great walks around the property.
It is quiet and lovely place to stay at.
Our host Jessica was so nice and welcoming.
Our dog Max loved the place as well.
We had a good laugh while reading the family pets description.
Beds are very comfortable and the place is very clean.
Plenty of parking space for your cars and free WiFi, you will need it as phone reception is poor in the area.
Ps. Try Wing Shed at St Austell if you like good fried chicken. Only 11 minute drive from property.

Loads of character. It had all we needed. Jessica & Paul were really friendly and welcoming. We’d recommend it and may well re-book.
Nothing to dislike, but it must be understood what this is. It’s an old building with nicely kept modern interior.

We were left teabags, fresh milk, for tea. Beds comfy, very welcoming with dogs.
Very slippery to exterior of house . It had been/ was very wet but the cobbles could do with a clean….. I slipped and fell over despite having walking boots on.
