Short stay during UiTM convocation days

The house is clean and easy check in check out.

Only one set of key is provided because the cleaner forgot to put the second set of key back in the mail box. So it is very difficult for us (with 2 cars) to go in and out of the car park.

A horrible experience with such unhelpful host

Nothing

Beware of the irresponsible host. Refused to communicate when I have emergency needs and called them. Only revert to my request when I contacted booking.com to help: I was given 3 bedrooms and 1 utility room. The utility room even without fan or aircon. How to sleep in such stuffy room? I spent rm1250 for 2 night stays in their 4 “bedrooms” apartment to facilitate me taking care of 6 children and my 80yr old mum. This price is significantly higher than other 3 bedrooms house nearby. When I called the host, wanted to get help, the host ignored my calls. They even ignored booking.com officer’s calls. Booking.com cannot guarantee refund even if I cancel booking and move out to other apartment for the second night: Because I have infant and old folk, therefore I have to stay there for 2 nights and everyone squeeze in 3 rooms. The host is giving false description about the “bedroom = utility room” and refused to provide help when we need it the most.
