Ubicación, cocina y baño.
Sofá cama muy incómodo, que hubiera reparaciones del edificio mucho ruido desde temprano, personas pasando por los andamios y reparando ventanas en tercer piso, no había microondas, el piso de madera muy ruidoso, para ir al baño despertabas a todos. Las fotos publicadas de la entrada no se parecen a lo que es

Appartamento molto carino e curato in zona tranquilla con supermercati negozi e ristoranti a portata di mano, vicinissimo a varie fermate della metro. Utilissima la fermata RER Luxembourg a due passi da casa a cui si arriva direttamente dall’aeroporto CDG. ascensore piccolo ma fa il suo dovere, bagno grande, nuovo, pulito, con doccia grande perfetta. Biancheria in abbondanza Utilissimo il doccino accanto al water molto comodo in assenza del bidet. Cucina piccola ma nuova e competa di tutto il necessario: bollitore, macchina del caffè con cialde apprezzatissima, tostapane. Non ha un letto ma un divano letto comodo. Tv con Netflix e Sky se si inserisce il proprio account. Abbiamo avuto un problema il primo giorno con la wi Fi ma dopo alcuni tentativi si è riattivata. Il proprietario si è reso disponibile e premuroso dall’accoglienza alla partenza. Bella sorpresa la gentilezza di un mazzo di fiori freschi all’arrivo
La facciata in rifacimento crea disagio e polvere si tratta di un problema momentaneo che renderà poi l’appartamento più gradevole. Il prezzo non è economico ma siamo a Parigi…

The location was incredible, it was wonderful to be so close to the Jardin du Luxembourg. Quiet street, the shower was absolutely wonderful, size is perfect for someone solo travelling. Host was super kind, polite and responsive. Ensured you got the information ahead of time. A fantastic experience.
At the time there was some scaffolding, but honestly since I was out and about it wasn’t an issue for me.
