I really enjoyed it and would stay again

I loved the property The location is great wirh a bus stop right outside for easy access to Burnley or colne The staff was lovely and super helpful, I knew if I had an issue I could go to them and they always kept me up to date. The rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. Can’t wait to stay again

The price for this place may be appealing but I wouldn't stay here again.

The location was handy as it was close to where we were visiting. Parking on street was quite easy too. Overall the room was clean but lacked facilities such as shower soap and tea bags. The smart TV and wifi were good.

The front garden is not clean with lots of overgrown bushes and bins. We arrived in the evening and there were large rats running around in the front garden, which was shocking. None inside the house thank the Lord. The bed in room 2 needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable, the springs are coming through the mattress. The bedding was clean but again needs to be replaced as its worn out. The ID checks and deposit required by the owner is also off-putting. There are CCTV cameras in the hallway and at the front of the house that track all movements. This is also a bit over the top.

The wifi and the ensuite room.

The cleanliness, they change the bedding after 14 days which is not very hygienic. There is no vacuum cleaner or anything to clean the room.. when asked, I was informed they only clean the rooms if the stay is more than 14 days which is quite ridiculous.
