We had a wonderful stay at Casa Mia Apartments. The unit was cozy, well‑equipped with all the essentials, and truly felt like a home away from home. The host’s husband welcomed us warmly upon arrival, which made us feel immediately comfortable.
The location is excellent — right in between SM Urdaneta and SM Rosales, making both malls very accessible and convenient.
One minor area for improvement would be the air conditioning, as it didn’t cool the room enough for its size. However, this did not overshadow the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.
A highlight was the café downstairs, Island Joe’s Coffee Lounge. It’s cozy, has a good selection, and quickly became one of our favorite spots. We especially enjoyed their americano, cucumber shake, bolognese pasta, and tuna cheese pesto panini. Special thanks to Kuya Felix at the café for being so accommodating.
Overall, Casa Mia Apartments offered great hospitality, a prime location, and the bonus of a charming café right below. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Despite my late booking, the room was great after a tired day! The coffee shop next to the rooms is also amazing, italian approved!
