O hotel é excelente, com boa área de lazer, principalmente para crianças. Meus filhos amaram, principalmente o escorregador maior, foi diversão para toda a família porque até nós adultos aproveitamos. O café da manhã é bem servido, assim como almoço e jantar. De muitos hotéis que vamos, esse foi o que vi não conter tanta comida gordurosa. Os quartos são muito bons, camas confortáveis, recebemos um mimo ao entrar no quarto, muito bom. Fomos muito bem recepcionados da entrada à saída. É um show a parte a piscina praia, muita bonita, meus filhos amaram. Hotel excelente para hospedagem.

A única coisa que tenho a falar é não a reclamar, mais que pode ser resolvido é que em nosso quarto a Cuba da pia demorava muito pra descer a água. No mais gostamos de tudo.

Gostei da educação dos funcionários, das instalações bem cuidadas e das piscinas

Não gostei das refeições. Pelo valor pago, esperava uma qualidade melhor. As comidas estavam frias. Os doces eram lindos mas todos totalmente sem sabor. A única comida gostosa era a pizza. Uma coisa estranha é que o local é um condomínio também.
