It was clean and comfortable.
Not enough shared space to eat or chill out in as a family. Kitchen facilities are pretty outdated.

Easy access, easy self check-in and out, good location for our needs, pool area
Bed was hard and very low, however we slept well as we were very tired. The outside light shone through the front door even though we pulled the blind, so a bit of kiwi ingenuity was required to block out the light. There was no coffee table or table of any kind to put our cups etc on.

I loved everything the room was well laid out, clean, tidy, and huge! The pool was so relaxing, lovely calm environment.
Absolutely nothing! Loved my stay would definitely return.

The room was clean and a huge room, the king bed was made up to look good with lovely sheets and covers . The room had new carpets and curtains and there was a large heated swimming pool outside.
The exterior of the building looks terribly rundown., but we were relieved the interior looked much better. Although, there are fixtures and fittings in the room that are very old and unappealing. Changing these would make the place so much nicer. Painting all the timber work inside white, would lift the appearance so much. We had light streaming in all night long through the front door glass which looked like mismatched glass panels.
We found it difficult to sleep with the outside security light streaming in and hitting our bedhead. Replacing the door with a solid door would solve the problem.
The front door has been painted in a horrible grey colour that almost covers the number of the room. There are spiderwebs everywhere outside that look like they have been there for months.
There is no table inside where we can share something to eat . Only one chair but the room is for two?
There’s no scouter or dish cloth to wash dishes in the vanity basin, which is a bit crazy. Please replace the basin with a bigger one if you are not installing a kitchenette.
It would be nice to see some green tea and real coffee. No one drinks instant coffee anymore. Some care with the gardens would improve the appearance and atmosphere of the whole place. It has so much potential.
