Unfortunately a neighbor has a dog in their condo that barked every time someone walked down the hall past their door.

Tidy apartment with a nice view from the 43rd floor, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Nice gym and pool, waiting area for check in/after check out, impressive apartment complex with nice staff.
Few minutes walk to Rizal park and Intramuros. Easy communication.
Pool was temporary closed without pre-notification when I wanted to swim before check out.

Location is great but the street below is full of homeless people and kids begging for money which is sad and a bit depressing :(

Very comfortable and homely atmosphere. A great place to relax in Manila. Safe and secure. Nice pool. Everything works and the bed is super comfortable. Only place in the Philippines that I got a proper duvet. Great location and good, clear check in instructions
Only a few small things…..The remote for the AC didn’t work so I ended up having to stand on the bed to operate it manually. Couldn’t work out the TV. Owner was slow to respond to questions. Some people might be bothered by sounds in the building, but it didn’t keep me awake.
