That is an absolutely amazing and a textbook example of hospitality! The team is not treating you as a guest but instead as the GUEST! Beautiful breakfast, wonderful location. Best place to return and forget about everything!

Çalışanlar, özellikle sahipleri inanılmaz tatlı ve yardımseverlerdi. İki yıldızlı bir otelden beklediğimizden çok daha fazlasıyla karşılaştık. Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi, önceden yorumlarda kahvaltının yetersiz olduğunu okumuştum ama ben de arkadaşım da kahvaltıdan inanılmaz memnunduk. Her gün farklı çeşit aperatifler de çıktı. Her şey mükemmeldi!

We stayed at Biz Otel with friends and booked 3 rooms. The location is perfect, right in the city center, so we could walk everywhere.
Since cars cannot enter the area, we parked at the free parking lot in the center and walked about 7 minutes with our luggage.
Our room was clean and tidy, though not very spacious, placing our large suitcase was a bit difficult.
Considering it is a boutique hotel, the breakfast exceeded our expectations and was probably the best among similar hotels in the area. Everything was delicious.
The air conditioning worked perfectly.
When we reported a clogged drain in the bathroom, it was fixed immediately.
Music from nearby venues can be heard at night.
The pillows were a bit thin.
There was no daily cleaning service (though the staff were always helpful when asked).
The only small issue with breakfast was the uncomfortable bench seating.
Wi-Fi was available but a bit slow.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything; the materials used are very quality. It is at the center of downtown and is close to all touristic attractions. It is clean and the staff (Nermin and his husband) are very kind and helpful.
