Tiny room, unpleasant smells and an uncomfortable bed — better in photos

The location was good. The listing photos looked appealing, but the actual room was disappointing.

I stayed in room 33B. The room felt much more cramped than the listing photos suggested: the entrance door hit the bed, and there was very little space to move around. I booked the room for myself, expecting a comfortable double bed. Instead, there were two separate mattresses with a large gap between them, which I kept sinking into while sleeping. Under the mattress topper, one mattress was torn. The pillows were lumpy, stained and smelled unpleasant. These conditions made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The shower entrance was extremely narrow. The bathroom fixtures prevented the shower doors from opening fully, and the handles narrowed the opening further. Despite being petite, I had to enter sideways. Where the listing photo showed a painting, there was a visible crack in the wall. I was travelling on important business and did not have time to deal with a complaint during my stay. I photographed the problems before leaving and reported them afterwards. The property refused a partial refund because I had not reported the issues during my stay. For the price paid, I expected a well-maintained room and comfortable sleeping conditions. I would not recommend room 33B.

Great for business travel

Nice small apartment pefect for one person business travel or two people that will spend most time outside.

The mattress and pillows quality are low and towels would need a replacement.

Quite cheap and high quality!

Amazing value for money. Great location near the heart of Kazimierz, ie plenty of establishments and transportation around. Located in a new apartment building, the room and bathroom have overall good equipment and conditions. The WiFi was good and the TV worked well. Even though I didn’t use it, it was nice to have a washing machine.

It’s two single beds squished together, ie not a double bed. The shower room didn’t close in one of the sides.

Disappointed

Good location

Very noisy, room facing to a bar and the windows doesn’t help at all. I was able to sleep 4 hours. Beds are also not the best, expected one double-bed, got 2single. Wifi is very poor
