We really appreciated how clean and comfortable it was. The furnishings were practical and relaxing. Michel is a very helpful manager who stays on top of things and truly cares about his guests' comfort. The single-burner stove was broken, but he dropped off a new one the very next day. He even shared restaurant recommendations to ensure we wouldn't be left without options. Michel explains everything clearly, making the whole experience seamless. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the center, though the tram is also available. You can have a very comfortable stay here. I highly recommend it. Thanks, Michel! :)
The only thing is that the front door is locked when you first arrive, so someone has to open it. That’s easy enough, since someone is sure to let you in, but the host might still want to find an alternative solution for this :)

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Ufer der Saale, von hier kann man direkt zu Spaziergängen oder Radtouren starten (Ladestation für E-Bikes nebenan, auf unsere Situation aber nicht zutreffend), direkte ÖPNV-Anbindung ans Stadtzentrum und Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Vom Gastgeber erhielten wir im Vorfeld hilfreiche Hinweise zum entspannten Einchecken sowie Ratschläge für den Aufenthalt. Alles war für drei Personen bestens vorbereitet, sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne helle Ferienwohnung, erstaunlich ruhig (wir haben bei geöffnetem Fenster geschlafen), schöne Lage an der Saale, fußläufig zu Bahnhof und Innenstadt; zweckmäßig eingerichtet, bequeme Betten; sehr angenehm war der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.
Die Küchennische ist relativ klein (was uns nicht gestört hat!), d.h. für größere Koch-Vorhaben ungeeignet. Es war hilfreich, dass wir eine Teekanne und ein Brotmesser selber mitgebracht hatten. Ansonsten ist aber alles vorhanden (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster)! Wir waren 4 Nächte dort (2 Personen) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
