Highly accommodating host

"The host was incredibly accommodating. After we expressed that we didn't feel completely comfortable in the first apartment, they immediately arranged for us to switch to another one. Fantastic service!"

Disappointing

I liked how the host was in contact with us via WhatsApp. Location is amazing! Self check in was very comfortable and easy.

The room was not cleaned properly :( there was dirt all around the floor. The smell of the room is horrible. The dishes were dirty as well. also, the host promised us to let us know when the room will be ready and he clearly forgot about us. Water in the shower wasn’t always hot, sometimes we were forced to take a cold shower. The bed has to be replaced with new one - it was squeaking with every smallest movement. The room has to be renovated in general, for sure the bathroom (disgousting mould on the wall…)

Peccato.

Zona centrale

Unica finestra direttamente sulla strada, stanza molto piccola senza aria condizionata. La cucina inutile in uno spazio così. Le foto ben fatte ingannano.
