Brilliant central location and the owners were extremely accommodating and helpful with my mobility issues. Would be happy to return as our time staying at their hotel was a great success.
We would be hard pushed to find any serious fault.

Very clean. Kettle, fridge, aircon, hairdryer, body wash/shampoo, conditioner and body lotion supplied. Comfy bed. Storage was good. Water in room when we arrived. Good location as near the river, the beach and the town square. Very friendly host.
Noise from the busy street with lots of traffic going past the room.

I booked on a room only basis. It was an adequate size, with a good balcony. The shower room was a little small, but the price reflected that. I thought it was good value for money, have stayed there before, and would stay there again.

Most rooms seemed okay but I was in Room 1. There was a powerful musty smell as if people had been smoking in there for years and the smell lingered. It was an unpleasant experience.
