The only thing, is that we were put in the basement, we had 3 children hitch was a little hard.

I love it, I love the place and location as well. It is very clean and the staff is very helpful
Staircase might be bit problematic if you’re traveling with big luggage. But if you plan early, you request for room on the ground floor. In my case, the staff change my room to lower floor since there is availability with no charge. Of course, it’s also my fault as I did a last minute booking.

Great location to Paddington and local tube stations.
Like many London hotels we have visited, this property is expensive and the room size was very small.

Convenient and clean, helpful staff and good price
Very hard mattress which wasn’t good for my back or hips. One of the rooms sparked when charger plugged in and cut off fan
