Een erg fijne plek in het mooie Juayua. Ideaal als je even van het geluid wilt vluchten met een mooi uitzicht. Luis en zijn neef zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en geven je allerlei goede tips, je kunt ze alles vragen. Het bed is prima, er is een ventilator en alles wordt netjes onderhouden. Juayua is een prima uitvalsbasis om de highlights van de regio te ontdekken!
De locatie is wat verder weg van het centrum en je moet een stukje omhoog lopen, dat heeft dan wel als voordeel dat je weg bent van het geluid en chaos.

J’ai séjourné au Bambu Hostel en juillet et je me suis sentie à la maison. Luis a été un hôte exceptionnel. Il m’a offert de nombreuses recommandations de lieux à visiter (chutes, restaurants, cafés, épicerie, autres villages à proximité, etc.). Le dortoir est confortable, de l’eau potable est disponible dans la cuisine et il est possible de faire du lavage. Un merci particulier à Luis et son cousin d’avoir accroché mes vêtements et de les avoir sauvés de la pluie! Muchas gracias por todo 🫶

I absolutely loved my stay at Bambu Hostel. The owner is incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. He takes the time to explain everything there is to do in the area in great detail and makes sure you have all the information you need. From the moment you arrive, you truly feel welcome and at home.
The rooms and beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, and the location is perfect. It's in a quiet area where you can really relax, yet only a short walk from the center. The beautiful garden is another highlight—it's a peaceful place to unwind after a day of exploring.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Juayúa.

There’s a long hill to walk up to get to the hostal.
