The property is modern and very neat and tidy.
The staff were friendly and helpful with requests.
The self-catering units were initially not equipped with cooking utensils , these had to be requested and were then supplied. My advice to travellers planning to cook themselves, ask in advance for the required amenities to be placed in the unit before check-in.
The property provides dinner and breakfast, the latter were good and tasty.
The location within the town may be off-putting to some, but we found it well positioned, close to access points and shopping centres.

The reception, was immaculate, we were warmly welcomed by the lively receptionist, unfortunately I forgot her name, she was on duty until 22:00, on 20/09/2026. Variety of TV channels, Netflix, YouTube
Poor network connection, if you can improve that. And there’s no buffet breakfast, if you can improve in that

Property is lovely and room is big. The staff and chef are friendly and very welcoming!
Unfortunately, there was a power outage and they have no back up. After sitting in the dark for +3 hours, with no hot water so no shower, I had to find a different place to sleep in the middle of the night. A place with backup power. They also had food stock shortage so couldn’t order food from there either. Was a disappointing experience but I’d still like to give them another chance as it has real great potential.
