Great place. Smart new and nice. Spacious rooms, good pool, parking and modern feel to it. Company was great with details and responding to any worries or questions very quickly. Would recommend.
Slightly out of Funchal town, is a steep 35 min walk up from town but there is a bus nearby or yellow cabs cost round €11 a go. Some of the bedding wasn’t clean. We also had 3 of us staying and it was a €30 extra charge for bedding for the sofa bed so we didn’t have to share beds.

Location suited our needs. Comfortable beds with good quality bed linen. Good quality towels.
Excellent WiFi. Good showers. Good prompt weekly cleaning service for a 3 week stay.
Nice big balcony with excellent south facing sea view. The whole complex is spotlessly clean. Convenient bus service. Guestready informed the apartment owners of a minor issue, which was sorted very quickly. Good reliable kitchen appliances.
Settee wasn't very comfortable.
The kitchen is in need of a can opener.
Just an observation, the balcony only had 2 chairs, although the apartment can sleep 4+ people.
