Decent room and the management are trying to improve it on a weekly basis . Previous management never spent any money on the rooms

Noisy air con or ducting from the kitchen in room 18 . Was like a plane taking off . The noise stopped when the kitchens closed around 9.30 pm. Waiters trying to hassle you out the restaurant at 9pm when it clearly states closes at 10 pm . Very rude standing over you and giving you the bill trying to get you to leave so they could go hiome early . Wasted the whole ambiance of the night as the meal was very good . Raging with them . 4 waiters standing with their arms folded waiting on you finishing your drink . Unacceptable and told management in the morning who were shocked and promised to look into it .

Very central, really nicely decorated in the bar and restaurant.

Toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, hairs and wee stains

First Stay in The Tudor and it's beautiful inside. Superb Staff whom are immaculate, welcoming and nothing is any problem for the girls. The bed in the room was very comfortable and ever extra was supplied in the room and a lovely big TV. I requested an iron and within minutes it was delivered to the room.

Minor issue with the Shower head which the Receptionist was resolving.

Fab waitress there for 2 days we were there. Couldn't have been more helpful. Pity bar wasn't open but later for residents. Possible be or who nest near my bathroom window... attempted to join me inside when window was open may need screen to keep them out!!
