We loved the chalet. The location was excellent and all the hotspots close by.
We stayed for 7 days. Not once did housekeeping offer to change a kitchen rubbish bin or provide clean towels. We were left to our own devices.
The chalet pin access code provided by booking.com was incorrect. We had to telephone staff after hours to assist us. They were friendly and helpful.

Cosy cabin with all amenities in close range. Beautiful view of the river. We went for walks and it was absolutely lovely. Food Lover's market is a close walking distance if you require anything. Being surrounded by nature was so tranquil and peaceful.
There is lots to do such as canoeing, bike riding, chess, put-put, a games room, pools, and lovely outdoor facilities for kids. We enjoyed the games room, especially the pool table and table tennis.
The cabin had everything we required. The outdoor barbecue setting was very nice, and I loved that there was a tv in the bedroom as well. Already recommended to family and friends!
The walkway by the lagoon is a shortcut, so there were quite a few people not booked in at the facility walking by. The couches were a bit uncomfortable, and there was some leaking water pipe, which was a bit of an eyesore and inconvenience. Management did apologise for this, which was kind and thoughtful. The day we left, the plumbing company had come to repair it.
