Die Aussicht auf die Altstadt von Catagena (Stadtteil Getsemani) ist wunderschön. Man ist zufuß schnell mitten drin. Die Museen für Stadtgeschichte, Schiffahrt und Gold sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung (Küche, Zimmer, Balkon, Möblierung) sind sehr gut. Es gibt einen Portier, der das Schlüsselmanagement macht und einem weiterhilft aber keinen Hotelempfang o.ä. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist O.K.
Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Dusche schwach. Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit riecht es leicht muffig, ist aber dort ggf. überall so? Durch die Nähe zur Altstadt ist es auf dem Balkon sehr laut. Die Fenster sind recht gut isoliert, so dass es innen O.K. ist. Für lärmempfindliche Menschen aber eher nicht geeignet. Die Lage des Zimmers ist in einem Bürogebäude, was etwas seltsam ist.

É uma acomodação simples, porém completa. A localização é perfeita - a melhor de Cartagena - e o host bastante atencioso, atento e rápido. Há um bom banho e boa cama. É possível cozinhar com fogão elétrico, há uma boa geladeira, o que permite garantir um bom café da manhã. Há também torradeira e liquidificador. Não há microondas.
A limpeza também é excelente’
Estava tudo ok! A noite tem muito barulho, mas é inevitável, por conta da localização. O vidro para a varanda me parece anti ruído, o que ameniza o som.

La vista è stupenda!!
E perfettamente a metà tra il centro storico e Getsemanì, perfetto per muoversi velocemente in entrambe le zone. È l’edificio più alto e ha una bellissima vista. Inoltre l’appartamento è grande e arredato con gusto. Mi spaventavano i rumori menzionati dalle altre recensioni, ma si tratta principalmente di rumori del traffico molto attuti. Nessun problema.
A mio parere il prezzo è ottimo.

el apartamento hay que vivirlo, es increible, confortable, limpio y esas vistas... por favor si tienes dudas! quitatelas!! Cartagena a tus pies es lo más bonito que he visto en mucho tiempo
el agua de la ducha sale muy poco y apenas caliente, pero si que es verdad que hace tanto calor en la calle que te refresca
