I was joining friends for a weekend event in nearby Barford. The location was very convenient as it was a 15 minute drive away. As I was mostly out and only at the accommodation for sleeping and breakfast. the facilities were fine. Although there was no parking there was plenty of space to park on the road outside. The kitchenette facilities included a microwave, kettle toaster and fridge - everything I needed for breakfast.
The lodge was quite small. Fine for one person, but would have been cramped for two.

The suite is a small bedroom with private bath, kitchenette and enclosed garden on the back of a private house in an extremely quiet residential neighborhood. The room was spotless and well furnished. Lots of thoughtful touches, like bedside lamps, fluffy towels and a great selection of snacks and drinks included. Easy to find with lots of street parking. Convenient to walk to the river taxi into Stratford-upon-Avon.
The room is much smaller than it appears in the photographs. The wifi was intermittent. The bed linens were new and clean, but the mattress was too soft for how thick it was. It might have been okay for one person, but not ideal for two. We kept falling off and it made for a few uncomfortable nights' sleep. Would have rated higher if the mattress was better.
