Wir waren richtig zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! 😊 Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – das Appartement ist sehr leicht zu finden und alles, was man braucht, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe: Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und natürlich das Meer.
Das Appartement selbst war sehr sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und merkt, dass auf Sauberkeit und Details Wert gelegt wird.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Appartement absolut weiterempfehlen!

Molto bella e impeccabile non si può dire niente
L’unico neo della vacanza è stato che il divano e in camera c’era una leggera puzza di piedi, se non era puzza di piedi potrebbe essere stato il divano o il materasso che dopo un lavaggio sa quell’odore da acqua morta.

Furniture was overall clean, air conditioning didn't work the first couple hours on arrival but then worked great for the whole rest of our stay. Nice induction stove (which wasn't mentioned). Washing machine worked great. Great Wi-Fi reception (which also wasn't mentioned). Supermarkets are reachable by car within 7-10 minutes, but smaller markets are on the promenade as well. Beach is pretty clean compared to other locations. Private parking on the area is very welcome.
Other residents were quite loud, even during quiet hours (after midnight and even until 3 AM). They don't care about the non-smoking rule for the whole area and about the no (inflatable) toys rule for the pool. People were placing themselves on the sun beds directly in front of the apartment, even when all other sun beds were unoccupied. There are only fully blocking curtains, which left us in a dark room if we wanted to have any privacy. There are no fly screens, so if you want to air out the room, there will be mosquitoes in the apartment. Other apartments (probably from local residents) all have them, but not this one. Shower drain was clogged on arrival and could neither be fixed by their technician nor their cleaning personal, after we mentioned it. We dealt with it for a whole week, having the bathroom flooded regularly, finally trying to fix it ourselves, which revealed clogged up hair from former visitors over at least a couple months. There was an unpleasant smell in the main living area/kitchenette for the whole stay, which we mentioned, but didn't get fixed, even after they sent a person for cleaning. The air freshener that is used has an unpleasant strong smell. Mattresses are quite hard. Some dishes and cutlery were dirty with food leftovers and not cleaned properly. Baking oven was mostly clean but had an unpleasant smell. On arrival, the dish washer was still wet and had a musty smell. We got confirmed beforehand that there would be a kettle for boiling water for tea but only got one after a couple days after asking for it again. For almost 200 €/night, I expected better.
