Proximity to metro and the neighborhood pffers sone nice restaurant options. The view from the flat is beautiful - very parisian (looks out to other neighbors but lovely) very big windows offer good lighting and fresh air. The shower temperature and water pressure are perfect! Nice that there is a fridge and washing machine- easy to use and doesnt make much noise. There is a nice little pull out table for food with a bar stool. - very convenient and easy to clean. The size of common areas is comfortable-spacious. The instructions with video of how tk access were gold! Elevator for luggage also a plus!
The sink pools- thats was a little gross. The toilet inside looks dirty (it may just be that its old, but looks unclean) the toilet is separate from shower ( parisian too but a little inconvenient) the shower is very small. The washing machine takes at least 2 hours to run 1. cycle. The dishes were dirty/ dusty as if they had not been used in a while and left that way. No complementary shampoo or soap. The couches seemed a little dirty.

L emplacement, le silence, l immeuble superbe, le bon état (mur, décorations) de l appartement . Équipements.
Canapé lit totalement inconfortable.
Douche qui déborde et tuyau qui fuit. Mériterait des remplacements.

O apto é bom, bem situado e relativamente confortável.
O apto é bom,mas o fato de o contato com o proprietário ser apenas por email ou whatsapp, trouxe dificuldades não esperadas para pegar as chaves que estavam noutro endereço não muito perto do apartamento reservado(cerca de 7 a 8 quadras do ap.). Isto foi bem desagradável, pois só nos foi informado que seria assim 01 dia antes do nosso embarque. Como viemos de SP/Paris, o fato de não ter nenhum contato pessoal com o propietário, e ainda ter que esperar por cerca de 4 hs para pegar as chaves e depois percorrer com malas cerca de 08 quadras não foi nada confortável e muito menos agradável. E tb não ter ninguém para nos receber dificultou um pouco para entender questões básicas relativas ao funcionamento dos aparelhos, descarte de lixo, etc. Outra questão foi a falta de ar-condicionado ou ventilador numa época execessivamente quente em Paris, tornou a estadia bem difícil.
