Great small room, just as advertised above the bar. Actually a really nice ocean view, but you are also right next to street lamps and the curtains aren't full blackout, so expect a little light to bleed through. It's small, simple, basic, neat, clean, easy access, nice view, and convenient for Blackrock.
Only issue was the streetlamp. The only thing that could improve it would be better blackout shades. Everything else was fine. No sound issues, but I sleep with earplugs.

The owner was exceptionally helpful. He took care of us very well, as I recently had a total knee replacement and he made sure we were comfortable. His lads in the pub were so friendly!

It was very clean & tidy, in a lovely location, the check in was quick & efficient. The view to the sea was wonderful !
It appeared to be a front room that had been split into 2, the view was through half a bay window. The room was much too small, you couldn't walk round the small double bed & it was difficult to get out of it. It would be a nice single room, but not a double.
