Disaster really because of the apartment lock situation

Property was average

4 flights of stairs to get your luggage to the apartment, I was not aware of that until we arrived. We had issues with the apartment door lock jamming . Reported on the first day and 5 days later nothing done about it , we couldn’t leave the apartment when we wanted to as a family as we were unsure if the lock would open or stick

Dangerous, stay away!!!

Where to start: on arrival noticed how dirty the place was from stained carpets, dirty beds and mould around the windows. Broken coffee table and nails and wires sticking out of entertainment shelving. Only one spotlight working in the kitchen, crockery and cutlery was dirty. Broken door safety chain and just left on the window with a broken vase. Worst one was a bag over the smoke alarm!!!! It was myself, partner, son (6) and daughter (4) who stayed here and gave them 24 to rectify the situation. It wasn’t and we only stayed 1 night out of 4. The host at first said we can have a refund for unused nights, now they are refusing. Please do not book!!!!!!
