Great location, clean, well maintained and comfortable. Would stay there again.
Given a 10 score, but the apartment had too much grey for a cosy 1 bedroom

location is good, lot of parking, facilty is clean and feels new.

It was new
The kitchen light was flicking
The washing machine door had 2 hinges undone
The fridge door opened from the wrong site and blocked the corridor once open
The from boom gate is located too close to the street once you get out to put the code you hope there are no cars behind you because you block them and they make a whole lot of noise while you wait. These gates should be inside the driveway to give you room to get out of the street while waiting to open
The card did not work well at the building front door. In cases we had to swipe up to 10 times to get through
Also having one card made things very complicated especially having the family in the apartment and one had to go downstairs to the car. The card had to stay in its electrical case otherwise no electricity for the people staying inside. Or get some to come downstairs to open for you as the intercom was not working
