Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Balko über dem See lädt zum Genießen ein. Lokale ubd Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Kaputte Fliegengitter an beiden Balkontüren, daher viele Insekten in der Wohnung. Schmutzige Küchenmöbel und schmutziges Geschirr in den Kästen.
Wir mussten ebenfalls alle Schäden
fotografieren und bis 11 Uhr am
Folgetag senden. Das ist uns bisher noch nie untergekommen.

L’emplacement sur le lac , la vue depuis le balcon, l’accès direct au lac le parking privé pour la voiture
La mauvaise odeur dans les partie communes qui remontait jusque dans l’appartement surtout avec la chaleur.
Les oreillers très fins voire inexistants.
Très peu de place dans la salle de bain.
On peut être au toilettes, se laver et les dents et même prendre la douche en même temps. Compliqué de partager la salle de bain à 4personnes

Хорошее месторасположение. Наличие паркинга. Наличия разной утвари на кухне. Все для жизни в квартире есть.
Недалеко хороший пляж.
Кондиционер есть только в одной комнате. Во второй только потолочный вентилятор. В июле было очень жарко. Пришлось спать всем в одной комнате. Детей уложила на кровать, а сама спала на полу.
Причем кондиционер дует прямо на кровать. Для особо чувствительных это неприятно.

It was a nice place which is close to the city of Peschiera. Walking distance 30 minutes. There is a beach close by at which you should pay 8€ for a sunbed and 4€ for an umbrella. The apartment has a nice twrace view
The furniture is old and not comfortable. Especially the couch and the dining table and chairs in the living room. It takes a lot of patience to spend time in the place. There are spider nets everywhere especially at the terace which you clean by yourself. The hoover, the aspirator and the light on the oven are not working. There are no bed sheets for the blankets
