The apartment was well located, with parking which was a positive for us, as it's difficult to find accommodation with parking in Gibraltar. Light, airy, modern apartment, with a spa on site, which we didn't take advantage of, as we were only there for one night, so didn't have time.
We arrived at the specified time, however the apartment hadn't been cleaned...we had to wait an hour and a half to gain access, which was disappointing, plus the cleaning was hurried, resulting in a few things being missed... However, Callum (owner) paid for us to have lunch, to make up for it, which was a great gesture on his part, and much appreciated.
It's a shame there weren't 2 bathrooms, (being in the rental business myself, all of our 2 bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms) Also, bunk beds...it's set up for 2 adults and 2 children, not that it's a particular minus, however we were 3 women sharing, and not the best sleeping arrangement for us. That said, I would definitely recommend the apartment, and book again.

The apartment was well equipped and well located and had parking. Callum was quick to respond to our queries, gave us clear instructions for using the car stacker and useful info was provided in the apartment. There was even a handy restaurant downstairs.
There was nothing we didn't like! Wish we had planned to stay longer.

Was modern in style.
Building work all around the apartment literally right up to the balconies. Scaffolding of neighbouring construction site bang up to the apartments balconies.
Noise, dust and everything else associated with being next to a huge building project.
We should have been advised in advance and we could have stayed elsewhere.
BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU LIKE STAYING NEXT TO A HUGE BUILDING SITE.
