Great ocean view and proximity to the beach.
Toilets barely flushed, amenities weren’t as advertised, like the breakfast wasn’t available, hard to track down staff. No coffee or tea maker in room, had to ask for towels. Felt more like a 2.5 star for 5 star pricing. The hotel felt abandoned as we were the only guests there and lack of service. The staff that were there were friendly but we felt like a burden more than guests.
