Good location adjacent to the newly renovated Straddie pub and 1 minute walk to the beach

Despite the property being advertised as having Foxtel the owners had cancelled their subscription. Therefore there is no access to local tv as there wasn’t any any coverage. Also the smart tv didn’t have the ability to load more streaming services. The dining chairs are old and need replacing. The wooden floor is rippling in the kitchen and needs replacing.
