Tolle Lage, im Herzen der Stadt. Vom Balkon aus kann man das Treiben auf dem Corso hautnah miterleben. Hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung, Küche, zwei Bäder, eines mit Tageslicht. Für uns hat es perfekt gepasst. Am Wochenende gingen die Feiern in der Bar unter der Wohnung bis nach Mitternacht, uns hat es gefreut, dass die Stadt wieder so aufblüht. In den letzten Jahren hat sich viel getan seit 2019 wie in "Träume von L'Aquila". Bei geschlossenem Fenster war die Lautstärke okay.
Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Gute Ausgangsposition für tolle Wanderungen in die Berge, am Gran Sasso, Campo Imperatore, Sirente-Velino.
Fragen an den Gastgeber wurden schnell beantwortet. Sehr gute Kommunikation

Fast perfekt: nur die Treppe im Haus, die zur Wohnung im OG führt war, etwas rutschig.
Parkplatz in den Stoßzeiten nicht ganz so leicht zu finden.

Beautiful flat right in the center of town, on the main pedestrian street. Lovely old building, remodeled inside, great layout, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, had everything we needed, and a nicely equipped kitchen. Tasteful artwork, was a very comfortable place to spend a few nights. Very attentive host. 1300 check-in time.
The pedestrian street it is on was very busy! This was the only downside. It was quite loud, with music out on the street, when trying to go to sleep
