受付の方も施設自体にも清潔感があり、第一印象とても良かったです。お部屋も無臭に近い状態で、水周り（お風呂場も）がよく磨かれており綺麗なホテルです。
（当方2泊滞在）2泊分のタオルがすでに置かれていたので清掃依頼の札もタオル交換の札も出さずに日中外出していたのですが、入室し清掃までされていた痕跡あり。入室されない前提で他人には見られたくない下着類も並べている状態でしたので、若干の不快感と不信感がありました。
札なし＝清掃ありになるのであれば事前に説明いただきたかったです。もしくは何もしないで欲しいと伝わるような札も用意いただきたいです。
