Very clean and seemed to be well maintained. Location is very good considering the price level. Shower is exceptionaly good.
instructions for entering and leaving could arrive a couple of days before considering the many details involved. Penalty warnings are quite intimidating. Wifi is very slow.

Clean, about 17 minutes away from the center of Lugano, and relatively close to a bus station that can take you to the central train station (5 minutes to the bus stop, bus #6). Great view towards the hills. Nice balcony.
No iron and iron board in the room and in the entire building. Absolutely unacceptable for a hotel in Switzerland. I had to buy an iron! The WiFi is almost non-existent, the speed was 0.5 mbps, you can barely open a webpage. Again, absolutely unacceptable for a hotel in Switzerland. The shower drain was clogged, so I had to try to clean it myself. And finally, the bed is screechy, so it makes a sound when you turn!

it is clean and modern
the building is still being finalised. the instructions are unclear. guests being asked to empty the trashbins is a bit too much.
