The room is one of three located inside the Antognolla golf course area. There is also a full apartment. The rooms have a joint sitting room and a joint kitchen. The room plus bathroom is about the same size as in a hotel. Everything is brand new and very high quality: the bed is super-comfy, the shower/bathroom is very nicely appointed, and the AC is quiet and effective. The kitchen and common room are spanking new, too, with a Nespresso maker, large fridge, stove, etc. They stocked the fridge with juices, jams, butter, beer, water and milk. Tea and coffee were also there. The place is part of an estate with a pretty garden and two areas for outdoor sitting (fenced in with automatic gates).
The estate is in the middle of Antognolla Golf Club (right along the wacko hole 8), about a 3-minute drive from their parking lot. The club has a nice restaurant with creative dishes. You get a 10% discount at the club and the restaurant. Since it's relevant, Antognolla is one of the nicest and prettiest courses I have ever played.
Overall, I highly recommend the place. It would be perfect for a group for a golf trip.
