Within a few minutes walk from the Atomic Dome and the Streetcar station

Great location!!! Only a few minutes walk from the Atomic Dome and Streetcars. When I reached out regarding a Wi-Fi connection issue late in the evening it was immediately actioned and resolved. 😊

Disgusting abuse of 84 year old lone traveller.

NOTHING, the allocated room was not what I booked and was expected to receive. I want a significant from this accommodation before I report to Australia's Consumer Advocacy - CHOICE warning of this deceitful manipulation.

EVERYTHING, the toilet was too small for me to evacuate my bowels in the location. The booking I made was for a 2 bedroom apartment, what was provided was a 1 bedroom with 2 beds. The location of the 2 beds in the the 1 bedroom, denied access to hang any clothes. Disgusting manipulation by the provider of this location. I want a substantial prompt refund in excess of 75% of the paid charges.

Perfection

Great place. Best pillows! We had no issues. I would stay here again if I’m visiting Hiroshima with a group.

Small but comfortable, great location, poor comprehension when communicating with them

The location is excellent and one of the property's biggest strengths. Most major attractions, restaurants, shops, and transportation options are within easy walking distance, making it a very convenient base for exploring the area. While the apartment is compact, the space is exceptionally well designed and highly functional, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Here's a tip for you. If you like good bakeries, go to the MAPS bakery in the morning. It's a 15 minute walk from the apartment, but well worth it. Just so delicious. We went every morning. Pure bliss.

No elevator, so if you're staying on the 3rd or 4th floor and have a lot of luggage, it may be inconvenient. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it's worth noting. If you have loud neighbors, you're going to hear them. The main issue was with the air conditioning unit on our balcony, which became extremely loud at times. While it remained usable, the noise was far from ideal. We reported the issue, and the staff offered to send a technician. We explained that we value our privacy and would let them know when it would be convenient for us to receive him. They acknowledged this and even asked what time would work best. However, before we had confirmed any time, a technician was sent to our apartment anyway while we were not there. This was disappointing, as we had clearly stated multiple times that we did not want anyone coming to the apartment without first arranging a time with us. They should value people's privacy. It's way more important than trying to solve a problem at all costs. Because by doing so, you create another, bigger problem. A breach of trust.
