Accommodation has potential but upgrades needed

This was a generally well located property in the middle of Ponferrada. The living room and bedrooms were clean and spacious.

The host did not provide great instructions to locate the room but that was only a minor irritant. Once in the room we were not able to connect to wifi as the password provided did not work. There was also a leak in the bathroom sink that has obviously been there for some time given the off smell in the bathroom. While the facility had a washer it did not have a dryer nor any handing space for washed clothing. We left early the following morning and there were no hall lights going down the stairs to the outside which is a safety hazard.

Ubicación inmejorable

La ubicación era excelente. Además el anfitrion nos informó muy amablemente de las opciones de parking cerca del apartamento. El apartamento estaba limpio y renovado y era muy amplio. Acceder al apartemento fue muy sencillo.

Tuvimos que pagar 10€ adicionales por una cuna. A pesar de que esta información aparece en el perfil del apartamento en Booking, creo que es una petición poco razonable. No había ascensor y las escaleras eran bastante empinadas, un gran inconveniete sobre todo si vas con una silleta. No había aire acondicionado.

La ubicación y las camas exageradamente cómodas . La cocina muy bien equipada

La puerta se atascó y hasta la 1 no pudimos acceder por qué tuvieron que llamar a un cerrajero.
