Good value for money. Fantastic location. Hotel has an uninterrupted sea (English Channel) view, terrace and garden with access to the coastal path and 50 meters from the cliff lift to the esplanade. Easy walk to village centre bus and railway stations. Walking distance of Old Village and Chine. Lots of eating places within easy reach.
Comfortable lounge, but with a rather odd mix of styles. Small Bar open daytime only, but another Bar next door
Meals and main Bar are at the adjacent Villa Mentone hotel, sea views, by Terrance and garden again. Basically operates as a single hotel.
Staff are amazing - helpful, friendly and hard: working. They were a real asset to the hotel.
Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, but items had been cooked some time in advance and kept warm. Only choice of eggs was fried. Evening meals has a limited choice, but cooked well enough.
Bedroom adequate, but rather tired. Tiny TV and onlyDecent one small chair (under the TV!). Very small shower room for a 'Family room', no toiletries except a liquid soap dispenser.
Ok for the price we paid though.

A good location on the cliff top.
Unfortunately, we had a very noisy family in the room next door. They were loud and inconsiderate for fellow guests.
We were in a family room with a 7 year old and the noise kept us all awake.
