The Resort is truly a hidden gem in Kisumu. From the beautiful surroundings to the warm hospitality from the staff. The rooms and facilities were comfortable and everything felt well taken care of.The food was super nice and tasty especially the coconut fish topped the list. Very yummy. would definitely recommend Grand Alton to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Kisumu! Highly recommended!

The location was incredibly quiet and serene, making it the perfect getaway from the city noise. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the overall service was great. I also really appreciated the seamless airport pickup and drop-off services, which made my brief stay completely stress-free.

This is an out of the bustle, secure hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the overall presentation is good. Meals are OK.
Well out of the way and a bit hard to find, a few poor finishes let it down. Service is just lacking in some regards.
