I loved the location, great to get to Tremezzo and near 2 restaurants. Liked the downstairs living room and bedrooms.
It was hot and no A/C. We came in September so it was doable and they provide fans.

Super lokalita, 20 min pěšky od přístavu. Odkud se dostanete na všechna zajímavá místa na Lake Como. Pohodlné parkování. Ubytování bylo opravdu čisté a nic nám nechybělo až na klimatizaci. Sezení na balkoně bylo super s hodně jsme ho využívali. Pláž se sprchou byla 2 min od domu.
Byli jsme ubytováni v srpnu, bylo opravdu horko přes den až 40 stupňů C. Večer bylo v ložnici 33 stC a k dispozici pouze větrák. Opravdu by to chtělo klimatizaci. Také netekla studená voda. Tekla pouze vlažná. A pak horká.

Great central location. A parking spot was always available. We had plenty of clean towels. We were able to connect to Netflix on tv. The host was always quick to respond! The beds were comfortable and there were fans to use upstairs.
No air conditioning. The shower has a very small opening. The couch cushions slide off easily as you sit on them.

God parkering, lett å finne frem. Veldig rent. Greit med nøkkelboksen. Utsikt og bilder passet med annonsen. Deilig med badekar og vaskemaskin. Nært restauranter og sjøen. Utleier svarte raskt og var behjelpelig.
Dårlig seng i minste soverommet, falt i stykker. Bratt trapp til soverommene.
Lavt under taket , lett å slå i hodet. Lite lys på store soverommet pga tildekket takvindu. Ikke mulig å lufte da det falt igjen. Måtte sette gjenstand i åpningen for å holde det oppe. Rommet var mørkt, spesielt innerst manglet det lamper.
Ingen gode kjøkkenkniver eller brødkniver på kjøkkenet.
Oppvaskmaskinen vasket ikke rent, så vi vasket opp for hånd.
Dessverre oppussing hos naboleilighet med bråk en tidlig morgen. Slitne møbler, spesielt på balkongen.
