Very cute little place, would book again

Great location, easy walk from the train station and to the beach/ all the sights. The space was a little smaller than expected but fit our needs and was comfortable. The AC worked very well which was so nice on a hot day. One bedroom does not have AC but it does have a fan. Beds were comfortable and the shower was the best we had during our time while traveling.

A little small. We travel light but if you had a lot of luggage it might be a problem

La nefasta preocupación de los propietarios por los inquilinos, los números de teléfono que facilitan no existe por lo cual cualquier problema que surja nadie atiende, lo que nos ocurrió fue que mandaron el código para conseguir las llaves incorrecto, por lo que cuando llegamos no había manera de abrir la caja para conseguir las llaves. Un error lo tiene cualquiera, sí, pero lo más que reprochable que tiene este apartamento es la despreocupación por los clientes que presenta, es una sensación muy desagradable estar en otro país para ir de vacaciones y que no exista ninguna persona para responsabilizarse de sus errores dejando a seis personas en la calle a su suerte y no exagero, pues tenemos que agradecer un encuentro fortuito con la señora de la limpieza que puntualmente estaba allí y nos dio las llaves. Convendría también señalizar dónde está el apartamento dentro del edificio, pues tuvimos que ir piso por piso hasta que otra señora nos vio perdidos y nos pudo llevar hasta la puerta. Por último, convendría también que pusiesen la clave del wifi en algún sitio del apartamento, porque después de la experiencia pocas ganas de preguntar quedan cuando está más que comprobado que una solución por parte de los responsables es una misión imposible.

catastrophic bedbug

We booked 7 nights but had to leave after the first night due to a severe bedbug infestation. During the night, we found more than 20 live bedbugs on the beds, walls, and even on our children. This was clearly a serious health risk. We informed the host immediately, and the only solution offered was to move us to another room. However, with our trust in the hygiene of the accommodation broken, we could not accept this proposal. Our family ended up staying in the small living room all night without any sleep, and we checked out the next morning. Although we provided photos and videos as evidence, the host, after initially responding, only kept repeating “under review” and never offered a real solution, ultimately refusing to provide a refund. The next day, we spent the entire day washing all our clothes and disinfecting our suitcases and belongings, resulting in a total loss of two days in Nice. We had to pay significant laundry costs and incur additional expenses to urgently secure another accommodation. It is unacceptable for a property to refuse a refund when the stay could not continue due to such a serious health hazard. Not only did we suffer financial losses, but we also lost valuable time. Such a refusal to refund, despite the clear circumstances, is completely unjustifiable. After our stay, we discovered that another guest reported the same problem in their review. This proves that the issue was not resolved and that other guests were exposed to the same risk.

Nous avions réservé pour 7 nuits mais avons dû quitter l’établissement après la première nuit en raison d’une infestation sévère de punaises de lit. Pendant la nuit, nous avons trouvé plus de 20 punaises de lit vivantes sur les lits, les murs et même sur nos enfants. Il s’agissait clairement d’un risque sanitaire grave. Nous avons immédiatement informé l’hôte, dont la seule solution proposée a été de nous déplacer dans une autre chambre. Cependant, la confiance dans l’hygiène de l’hébergement étant brisée, nous n’avons pas pu accepter cette proposition. Notre famille a passé toute la nuit dans le petit salon, sans dormir, et nous avons quitté les lieux le lendemain matin. Malgré nos photos et vidéos comme preuves, l’hôte, après avoir répondu au début, n’a cessé de répéter « en cours de vérification » et n’a jamais proposé de véritable solution, refusant finalement de nous rembourser. Le lendemain, nous avons passé toute la journée à laver tous nos vêtements et à désinfecter les valises et nos affaires, ce qui nous a fait perdre deux jours complets à Nice. Nous avons dû payer des frais de blanchisserie importants et engager des dépenses supplémentaires pour trouver en urgence un autre logement. Il est inacceptable qu’un établissement refuse de rembourser alors que le séjour n’a pas pu se poursuivre à cause d’un problème sanitaire grave. Non seulement nous avons subi des pertes financières, mais aussi une perte de temps considérable. Un tel refus de remboursement, malgré l’évidence de la situation, est totalement injustifiable. Après notre séjour, nous avons découvert qu’un autre client avait signalé le même problème dans son avis. Cela prouve que le problème n’a pas été résolu et que d’autres clients ont été exposés au même risque.

Nous avons rien aimé dans cette établissement. L’appartement est infesté de punaise de lit et avec des marques de sang sur tout les murs nous sommes très déçu et nous voulons être remboursé immédiatement
