I thought the staff were great and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location, a short walk from the Blue Mosque. I had the breakfast on a couple of days, which I thought was very nice. Only thing the property lacks is a proper restaurant and swimming pool but there are lots of restaurants in short distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay again

Comfortable accommodations with a very helpful staff, though could of done without the check-in with tour suggestions. Nice somewhat cosy rooms. Good location near the useful tram line, on a relatively quiet side street.

Perfect hotel to use as base for exploring the city as it is walkable to everything. Safe and vibrant neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, very quiet. My only notes of caution are that the AC is centrally controlled and trended to be too cold - I was able to open a window and turn it off at night but I don’t know if that’s an option in every room. Also the breakfast is fresh and tasty and sets you up well for a day’s walking but is quite basic, not the lavish affair in other Istanbul hotels.
