The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The rooftop was an amazing experience.

No hot water, called at 7pm and they said they would send someone in the morning. Went to turn the gas stove to warm up food, no gas..no one showed up in the morning. Called no answer, left message still waiting for them to call back... awful.
