Special ecovilla for 6 pax with pool next to Golf course Casa Pinola is an exceptional house in a quiet location on the Novo Sancti Petri Hills golf course. The owner is an architect and has designed the house in harmony with nature. The existing pine trees were incorporated into the design and the house is built slightly elevated so as not to damage the roots of the pine trees. The fully glazed front of the spacious living and dining area offers plenty of light despite the pine trees and the living area is also illuminated in the off-season when the sun is lower. Inside, the house is lined with wood, which also ensures good air conditioning, but there is also air conditioning throughout the house. The kitchen is open-plan to the dining area and is fully equipped. At the rear of the house are the three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a workspace in the hallway. The terrace, which is furnished with lounge furniture and a rustic dining table, overlooks the pine trees and the small pool, which is always good for a refreshing dip. The beautiful, wide and long beach of Novo Sancti Petri is only 2 minutes away by car. Shopping facilities can be found in the nearby Tartessus Centre and the wonderful restaurant Cuartel del Mar is also only 3 minutes away by car. The centre of Chiclana or Conil is 15-20 minutes away by car.
