A Fantastic stay! Communication with Ash was excellent from start to finish. Directions were accurate and easy with pics. He answered every question within minutes. The apt was exactly as pictured if not even better---spotless and well-equipped. The location was perfect for exploring the royal mile and other hot spots as well as waverly train station.. Local restaurants were wonderful. Ash's recommendations were top-notch. This stay was an incredible value to us and we would stay again.

Everything went very well from check in to check out. Ash is very responsive, there were no issues but if any came up I'm sure they would have been addressed right away.

This was a spacious apartment with an excellent common room for hanging out at the end of each day. It was about 15 minute walk to the royal mile and there were also buses very close. The checking process was very well explained. I would stay here again.

This is a well located apartment. It is right on a main road with many buses which was convenient. It is also a short (10 minute) walk from the main tourist part of Edinburgh. For those with families, there is a great playground two blocks away, and several fine markets.The apartment is spacious and was pretty comfortable. The entryway is a bit shabby. Once you come off the street, there is a stairwell that is rather dusty looking. Entering the apartment is more pleasant. There is a good sized living room with space for 6 to eat. The quality of furniture was low. Everything was Ikea. For instance, the table and chairs were rickety and I had to tighten the screws to feel comfortable sitting on them. The mattresses lacked support and sagged in the middle. We were able to sleep, but I would not call it that comfortable. There was a shag carpet under the dining table which made it hard to clear up if any food dropped. The TV worked well in the living room and the couches etc were comfortable and plenty. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials (pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc). The dishwasher, stove and laundry machine worked well. There was, on some occasions a weird rumpling sound in the kitchen but it was intermittent. The bathrooms were ok. They were tight, especially the second one (you could barely sit and use the toilet). The showers had good water pressure. The towels were rather small. Bedding was good. Overall, it felt like a college apartment.
