L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un bel palazzo centralissimo, a pochissimi passi dal Palais des Festivals, dalla via principale dello shopping e dalla stazione di treni e autobus di Cannes. È posizionato al secondo piano, comodamente servito da un ascensore. L'host Eric è stato estremamente disponibile per tutto il soggiorno, venendomi incontro anche per la custodia dei bagagli dopo il check-out. Il bagno è comodo e spazioso; la camera ha le dimensioni di una stanza standard di hotel, ma risulta funzionale, silenziosa e ben accessoriata (TV, minifrigo, bollitore, macchina caffè, asse e ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, piastra per capelli).
Purtroppo al mio arrivo il lavandino era intasato, anche se gli altri scarichi funzionavano perfettamente. Suggerirei di aggiungere una tenda chiara in camera per il giorno, in modo da garantire maggiore privacy senza togliere luminosità all'ambiente.

Eric was a wonderful host: kind, responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay.
The studio is small but charming, full of character, and ideal for one person or a couple. It is in a great location, within walking distance of the beach and the Palais des Festivals. The Wi-Fi worked very well, the refrigerator was excellent, and I especially appreciated the bathroom window, which provided natural light and ventilation.
There were also thoughtful touches that made the stay more comfortable, including a toaster and other useful amenities. Everything was as described, and Eric was always quick to help when needed.
I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this studio to other travelers looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place in Cannes.
