Location is great, near the sea, near the hilton. Place is huge, lots of places to sit. Old style place that is quality, but faded. Owner is a friendly guy. What a great price!
No hot water when I was there. Only one key to the place so changeover is a pain and what if the key is lost?
Place desparately needs some TLC, some cleaning and careful attention.
The sofas are old and might have bugs or something in them, as my back is itchy from sitting on them!
The sheets are not fitted properly and slip off easily.
The owner seems to think the place is a cash cow, without realising that this is only the case IF the place is clean, functional and people are truly comfortable there.
A small investment of a few days time of professionals and a couple of hundred dollars and this place could be very attractive to people.
