Haus Amour: Leider nicht spürbar. Von uns keine Empfehlung.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut (Parkplatz, Nähe zur Hohsaasbahn). Leider endete hier für uns die positive Erfahrung. Die Wohnung wurde über den Vermietservice Heiwa verwaltet.

Bei der Ankunft war die Wohnung für uns nicht ausreichend gereinigt: Das Spülbecken war schmutzig und benutzt (Kaffeeflecken, Biofilm/Schmodder am Rand), Kochutensilien waren nicht gereinigt, und an den Küchenschränken hatte es überall Fettflecken von Fingern. Der Boden war offensichtlich nicht aufgenommen, man bekam sofort schwarze Socken. Die Toilette war ebenfalls nicht sauber und zeigte Spuren des Vorgängers. Wir mussten daher selbst reinigen, inklusive Backofenbleche, um die Wohnung angemessen nutzen zu können. Trotz sofortiger Meldung inkl. Fotos wurde keine Nachreinigung organisiert; Heiwa verwies auf die Rückmeldung des Reinigungsdienstes, es sei ordnungsmässig gereinigt worden. Gleichzeitig war in der Vermietservice App eine zusätzliche Zwischenreinigung gegen Aufpreis buchbar. Als Entgegenkommen wurde uns eine Reduktion für eine zukünftige Buchung bei Heiwa/Vermietagentur angeboten. Die standardmässig verrechnete Reinigungspauschale von knapp 200 CHF ist unter diesen Umständen aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt. Zusätzlich gab es bei der Kurtaxe eine Unstimmigkeit, die ich als sehr problematisch empfinde: Obwohl bei Heiwa 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder gebucht waren, wurde uns in der Vermietsercive App von Heiwa zunächst CHF 75.60 angezeigt, was wie eine Abrechnung für 5 Erwachsene wirkte. Auch nach eigener Nachrechnung passte dieser Betrag nicht. Erst nach unserer Rückfrage wurde er auf CHF 47.25 korrigiert. Im Formular steht zudem sinngemäss, dass man den Link nutzen soll, wenn die Option zur Steuerzahlung nicht angezeigt wird oder wenn der vorgeschlagene Betrag nicht korrekt ist. Mein Hinweis an andere: Den vorgeschlagenen Kurtaxenbetrag unbedingt kurz prüfen bzw. nachrechnen, bevor man bezahlt. Zur Wohnung selbst: Die Einrichtung wirkt abgenutzt. Das Kunstleder der Stuhllehnen blättert ab, der Boden war nach Nutzung voll davon. Ein Stuhl war angebrochen und nicht nutzbar. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert.

Saastal wie immer schön

Zentrale Lage,gleich 200m weiter ist ein Coop,geräumige Wohnung. Türschließer war defekt,ist prompt repariert worden.

Küche war nicht so sauber,auf Balkon noch voller Aschenbecher. Das es hier nicht die Saastal Card gibt sondern nur eine Guestcard,mit dieser kann man aber nicht kostenfrei die Bergbahnen nutzen. Muss man echt aufpassen beim buchen im Saastal, bei vielen Unterkünften bekommt man die Saastalcard wovon man ja viel mehr hat.

Zentrale Lage,gleich 200m weiter ist ein Coop,geräumige Wohnung. Türschließer war defekt,ist prompt repariert worden.

Küche war nicht so sauber,auf Balkon noch voller Aschenbecher. Das es hier nicht die Saastal Card gibt sondern nur eine Guestcard,mit dieser kann man aber nicht kostenfrei die Bergbahnen nutzen. Muss man echt aufpassen beim buchen im Saastal, bei vielen Unterkünften bekommt man die Saastalcard wovon man ja viel mehr hat.
