Convenient stay overall—the inn is close to our venue, which made things easy. However, its location isn’t well known to some pedicab drivers, so giving directions can be a bit challenging.

Cleanliness should be improved—particularly in maintaining the rooms and common areas to ensure a more comfortable experience for guests. Another is, not so secured. Safety could be improved, as guests were not provided with a door key, which raises concerns about security and access control.

Shower was broken, cleanliness very poor, even told the staffs and no actions taken. Asked for a room changed or transfer to other brand closed to amenities but staffs refused. Very far from everything, restaurants, shops, etc.
