La piscina, la recepcionista, la ubicación del departamento
Puerta de salida al patio en mal estado, dejaba que se filtre el aire lo que hacía que al calefaccionar no durará tanto el calor dentro.

La ubicación y las instalaciones son muy buenas. En particular falta calefacción en el dpto. Hay un pequeño artefacto a kerosene en el living pero se quedó rápidamente sin carga y las habitaciones si bien tienen varias mantas, seria un excelente lugar si se calefaccionara. Viajamos en junio y no era aún invierno pero necesitaría calefaccionarse. Aún así es para destacar el anfitrión y la recepción del edificio super amables y dispuestos; y la ubicación es muy buena.

Good location
Expensive for the quality level/ no tax refund even if you are eligible ( actually you have no choice, as money transfer is required before you get the access code to the appartement ), a 17 pages instructions manual and a final suggestion through WhatsApp to give a rating of 10 on Booking platform: all these are not at all what I would have expected.
